GRR Review Cowboy Bought And Paid For: An Older by Crystal Chance

NOTE: NO LONGER AVAILABLE ON AMAZON (GoodReads link)

Cowboy Bought and Paid For by Crystal Chance is about a young woman falling for the older man.

MacKenzie Green agreed to be surrogate for a baby with husband Mitchell and Dana. Then she found herself drawn into a war between them, as Dana's bipolar and and Mitchell... is a pushover. But MacKenzie fell for Mitchell anyway...

While MacKenzie started with impulse control issues (which is why she, as a college student, agreed to be a surrogate in the first place) and ended up a much better person, both Mitchell and Dana came off as cardboard cutouts. Mitchell only grew a backbone when he discovered some things about Dana, while Dana is just plain batshit crazy. While darkest hour was pretty bad, there was no grand gesture, so darkest hour didn't really count. While HEA was achieved, it was merely an afterthought.
