GRR Reviews Third Time's the Charm (Three Rivers Ranch) by Liz Isaacson

Third Time's the Charm is about two wounded souls finding love at a Texas Ranch, if they will just ADMIT it to themselves!

Chelsea was at the receiving end of an abusive relationship when her fiancee died in an accident and she had to go home to her homestead ranch to escape the dark thoughts. It is not being good Christian to wish ill upon the dead, but what about the evil done to her? About how her self-confidence was destroyed? As she found Courage Reins, an equine therapy program on her ranch, ran by Pete Marshall, one of the ranch hands, she can't help but to fall for the deeply scarred former soldier... who doesn't want her help, as he was brought up to provide for woman and will not take "handout" from a woman, even though he loved her (and want to provide for her, despite she being much richer than he is).

There is no denying they like each other, but these are also some of the most STUBBORN people around. As a Christian Romance, there is no sex, just heart-wrenching desire, soulful gazes, and steam-y kisses and declaration of love. And it gets downright "darn it! just get it over with already!" as they keep avoiding each other with this weird tension as they want to be with each other but somehow believing it's right to stay apart for some principle each is holding.
