GRR Reviews His Christmas Miracle (Love in Montana B by Dani Collins

His Christmas Miracle is sweet with the sudden child trope that pits a single father (that's completely clueless) with the babysitter (who can help, after burning out as an actress wannabe). Add a dash of holiday spirit, and you got this romance.

Quincy Ryan was just handed custody of a son he didn't know existed. He's an architect, not a dad, and what he thought was a Christmas vacation with his dad, who's determined to move back to Marietta MT, became a very different journey instead. He knew he needed help with his son Atlas, but he didn't know how... But the first thing he needed is a home health care worker... just enough to last through Christmas. What he got instead... is Nicki Darren. Nicki just returned from California, after failing to become an actress... At 25. She needed a job... ANY job before Christmas, even babysitting for a workhaholic single father and care for his diabetic father is what she was trained to do. Determined to give little Atlas a beautiful Christmas, Nicki soon dragged Quincy all over town to complete stuff for the Advent Calendar, like a tree, Xmas lights, sugar cookies, and more, trying to open him up to accept his son, and she fell for him herself, but she knew the job was merely temporary, for she's leaving on Christmas Eve... Will his Christmas miracle include her?

The romance was almost cloyingly sweet. If you are looking for some angst, it's not here. On the other hand, if you just need some holiday cheer, and don't need too much angst to mess up your good spirits, this will do quite nicely.
