GRR Reviews Caged in Winter (Reluctant Hearts) by Brighton Walsh
Winter is working waitress at the best job she can afford to do. She's too proud to work at the strip-joint, and she had to put up with the harassing frat boys. She has to survive seventy-some days till graduation, and then she can find better jobs. When Cade walked into her bar and thought he was protecting her from harassment, he blocked her from tips she should have earned that night. THEN he dared to drop money to compensate her... She EARNS her living, darnit! However, Cade's just so friendly; she can't hold her anger... // Cade's an aspiring chef with the potential of going big time soon... as soon as he finished culinary school. He can't afford a distraction... but he'll make an exception for Winter. However, as they get together, will they be able to make the compromises they need or will their goals get in the way of their love?
Good polish, even though Cade doesn't "feel" like an alpha, and Winter is a bit too prickly.
