GRR Reviews Noelle's Golden Christmas (Holiday, Inc) by Tamie Dearen

Noelle believes she has a Christmas curse... She always loses something around that month, and this year would be her fiancee. She's resigned to being single and even adopted an injured shelter dog. However, her family introduced her to two delectable brothers, James and David, and both made a play for her while warned the other off. However, one is a believer... and the other isn't. Noelle also cannot believe they'd like her... It must be "arranged" by her father. Noelle kissed both in the same night and blamed herself for her... sluttiness. As she struggles in her life, her love, and her faith, perhaps she will find just what her heart wants, with a little help from the dog she adopted...

There's a little debate whether this is "Christian fiction" or not, as Noelle seems to drive a weird line between vanity and self-sacrifice. Is trying to take on blame for everything a sign of humbleness... or just being a drama queen? The story starts out quite slow, and if you can get past the first couple chapters, things started to pick up. The ending was sweet with a proper darkest hour and a grand gesture.
