Cassie finally got her physical therapy degree and moved to Canyon Cove for her dream job. Things got a bit messy when she found her boss in the shower. Ex-MMA fighter Gabriel has a complicated life, but he made his money by rising from the Octagon himself. He knew he wanted Cassie, but his complicated life won't let him commit just yet. He will, however, protect Cassie to the best of his abilities, including letting her use his apartment (more of a penthouse) and all expense account, for Cassie reminded him of someone. However, when Gabe keep disappearing at night, is Cassie going to tolerate the suspicion of being a "kept woman"?

Meh, not feeling much about this one. Cassie is jealous and suspicious and Gabe rather than explaining things just being mysterious, which only make things worse. The guy's schizophrenic, hot and cold. Sometimes I wonder if he had brain damage or something from his time in the ring. This is not being 'strong silent type.'
