GRR Reviews Single Daddy Club: Reece by Donna Fasano

Reece is an insurance adjuster and investigator, and Maggie is there to appeal a denied claim... Maggie is a private investigator chasing after cheating husbands and such, helping women help themselves, and someone destroyed her camera... and ONLY her camera. Then someone put sand in her car's gas tank... and moved stuff around in her house... Someone is stalking and gaslighting Maggie. Reece invited Maggie to live in his house, but he has his own problems... his bitter divorce had made him... and his 8-year old son, into misogynists who refuse to treat any women seriously. Reece needed Maggie's help to reeducate his son, while he figures out how not to be a misogynist, and Maggie fell for the single father... But after watching so many couples' sad endings, can she ever take a chance with her own heart again, after her own bitter experience with men? And who is her stalker?

Good twist at the end, with a much deeper character arc for both BOTH MMC and FMC. MMC's arc is obviously to stop being misogynist... but the FMC's arc, while less obvious, is nonetheless there: how to trust men who want to help her without ulterior motives.
