GRR Reviews The Savior by Cristin Harber

Liam and Chelsea don't run in the circles. He's a retired army captain. She's a US Marshal. But they share a common bond: reporter Julie, who was Liam's fiancee and Chelsea's best friend. When Julie was gunned down, and Liam was unable to prevent it, both are deeply saddened by the loss. Then Liam got a clue... Someone targeted Julie as revenge for Liam's final mission, and Liam will need Chelsea's help to catch the mastermind. They work well together, but can they love each other, while not feeling betrayal toward Julie?

Like the push-pull and the conspiracy angles behind it, but the idea of that other hostage having been around for months (years?) and kept out of the news is not that believable. And really, no security on someone who may know more than the president? Hmmm...
