GRR Reviews Trouble Waters by Carly Fall

Ex-Marine Brody is just surviving on the Texas coast, with a simple order: keep silent about what happened to him, never talk about it with anyone. He did notice his connection to the sea... and his ability to control water. When a mysterious benefactor "Joe Smith" offered him a chance to disappear and start over, he did not hesitate... and thus he became the captain of a special yacht for people who needed... extraordinary protection and discretion. // Rayna has family secrets she dare not reveal; her father is actually a cartel leader, not that he'd ever use her for his own gains... Even when she's trying to rise within the CIA. But when her father told her that a madman has sights on her half-sister, she reluctantly joined her half-sister to protect her, and ended up meeting Brody and his special yacht... whom she had met BEFORE he was recruited by Joe Smith. And it's clear that Rayna and Brody have to work together, as their enemy is far more resourceful than estimated...

Eh, the shift from enemies to friends to lovers is really fast, and not handled that well. The ending was basically a deus ex machina, all because the half-sister won't say who the stalker was.
