GRR Reviews The Billionaire's Promise by Johanna Evelyn

Kaitlyn put herself together after her husband's death. She joined Bridgeport Graphics and rose quickly through the ranks. But she still wears her wedding ring, and no one ever saw her husband. What she can't deny, however, is she had fallen for her boss, Landon. // Landon hired Kaitlyn despite lack of experience, and the long-shot paid off. Landon wanted to know more about Kaitlyn, but a picture of her family (husband and daughter) and her ring says she's off limits. So why is she so cozy with a male co-worker? As Landon have to manage various company crises, he can no longer deny he has feelings for Kaitlyn...

A bit angsty, but not quite. This is a trope, albeit a rather rare one, i.e. "I wear a ring so nobody hits on me until I want someone to hit on me, now I can't explain that it was a lie..."  but it's effectively used.  4/5
