GRR Reviews The Wife Arrangement by Penny Wylder

Jasper is the head of Quint Motors until his father made him a deal he can't refuse: find a wife before the family reunion, or the control of the company will be handed to one of his married cousins. To spite his father, he and his assistant came up with the most outrageous plan... Hire someone to play his wife, but someone so unsuitable she'll NEVER be accepted by his family so that his father will BEG him to divorce her and let him retain the company. They picked one of the interns, "Dee". // Dee is pretty much alone in the world and relatively poor. She joined Quint Motors hoping to work in design, as she knew cars. She was offered a letter of recommendation and a stipend to go to a college of her choice for her to act as Jasper's wife. She was NOT told that she was set up to fail. What she didn't expect was for Jasper to fall for her... for real.

While the twist on "weird will" leading to "fake marriage real love" is quite novel, the whole setup also felt a bit... childish.  3.5/5
