GRR Reviews Moonlight Serenade with the Billionaire by Amberlee Day

Annie cares for her aunt Martha, who is over ninety and lives in the oldest building in Seattle. Both Annie and Martha loves vintage stuff, from vintage clothing to big band music. When a developer Dexter Bolt, sets his sights on renovating the building that bears his family name, and may evict Martha, Annie and Dexter collide.  Annie will protect her aunt, even if she had to help someone to declare the building historical and thus cannot be developed. // Dexter enjoys creating something new, and this building. built during his great-grandpa's time, is seriously out of date. But his plans to renovate the building ran into a roadblock consists of a tenant that he didn't know about, protected by an iron-clad lease and her niece. Dexter found himself attracted to Annie, and slowly learned to appreciate vintage stuff, even as his subordinates look for loopholes around the lease. But when it's time to execute, who will give and who will take?

The solution, while logical, was also a bit of a deus ex machina. And the book really wasn't about billionaire's cove, though it did make a guest appearance or two, as did other billionaires in the series. 4/5
