Ezreal is one of the co-founders of REKT Gaming and a young billionaire, is a musical genius, and he has mostly trained himself out of stuttering... except in front of unfamiliar women or crowds.(Which also means he never dated) He's asked to help with a music program for underprivileged children, and that brought him into contact with Sara Fortune, and her two children, who is almost as jittery as he is, but for a very different reason... // Sara had enough abuse from men, first from her father, then from her husband. When he started hurting the children, she got him arrested and divorced him. But he's still stalking her. She moved across the country and changed her surname, hoping for a new start. She's drawn to Ezrael, the quiet composer, but she can't help but to expect Ezrael to turn violent, just like her father and her ex... Can Ezrael convince Sara to give him a chance? Can he protect her?
Very nice. There's a great bit at the beginning that was used to setup the perfect karmic ending. The darkest hour was also setup very nicely. It felt a little overblown, but PERFECTLY understandable overreaction. There is this one bit though... When did Ezrael start carrying a pocketknife? 5/5
