GRR Reviews Stay With Me by Kristen Proby

Amelia, beauty vlogger, is getting a divorce, but her ex is determined to hurt her by contesting everything, even AFTER the judge had already granted the divorce. So she went to live with a cousin, who found her a cabin to housesit, so no one can find her. Not that she wanted to meet ANY men (except delivery guys)  Until she met her neighbor Wyatt.. // Wyatt was intrigued by his new neighbor, always receiving stuff, and sometimes high profile visitors. So when Amelia came knocking on his door, needing some help, he's happy to oblige. But he has an evil ex too...

Not really feeling too much beyond the "hot neighbor" tropes. 3/5

GRR Reviews Easy Love by Kristen Proby

Eli runs Bayou Enterprises, a family business that had been in the family for generations. He's a playboy, but he treats his employees well and rewards loyalty. But someone on the inside is stealing from the company. Small amounts here and there, adds up to 100K a year. There seems to be no pattern to them. Desperate to find answers, they hired the undercover auditor, Kate, who specializes in this sort of corporate espionage... She'll "hire on" as the new PA or secretary, hear all the gossip, and investigate everything from the inside. However, Kate found herself falling for Eli, with his southern charm, and Eli found himself falling for Kate, despite warning from his brother, whom kate went to school with way back when. Both knew this couldn't last. When she found the culprit, that'll be the end...

There's a twist, but it wasn't handled that well, IMHO. But it's competent. The problem is there just wasn't much tension till the end. The two lines didn't intersect until near the very end. And the clue was practically dropped in her lap... and she ignored it. Argh. If the two plots meshed better I would have given a better score.

GRR Reviews Come Away With Me (With Me In Seattle by Kristen Proby

Come Away With Me is a contemporary romance with the "accidental brush with unrecognized celebrity" trope, that is very nicely polished into a warm romance.

Natalie Conner was just taking photos of the beach when she was accosted by the most handsome guy she'd ever seen... who angrily demanded her camera. He was contrite when Natalie showed that there were NO photos of him. He offered to buy her breakfast to say sorry, and she accepted because he really is incredibly hot and romantic. His name is Luke. However, he didn't say he was Luke Williams, former Hollywood golden boy, now behind-the-scenes producer determined to stay away from the paparazzi and the limelight. It was such a breath of fresh air for him to find a woman like Natalie, who's curvy, sexy without knowing it, and totally unaware of his fame, and he doesn't want to spoil it... but Natalie is a no-nonsense girl who hates guile and deceit. When she found out about his fame...

The price of fame was indeed costly in this tale of "celebrity undercover", but the romance is a little uneven with most of the burden falling on Luke. Still, definitely a charming tale.
