Luna has made herself a billionaire by focusing on changing the cosmetics industry with Wild Heart... No animal testing and ethical sourcing. Until she was betrayed by her supplier... Now her fans believed they were betrayed as well. To avert total disaster, she will help a charity and get some good PR for both. // Beck has two motorcycle outlaws for his parents... and he left twenty years ago. He knew his Lucky Dog charity which rehabilitates abused dogs can always use more money. When Luna offered to help, all he saw was "being used"... But when his funding source ran dry, the charity needs Luna... // Luna never expected to grow fond of the gruff and dangerous-looking biker but she knew he's a big softie inside. Beck can't believe he can grow to tolerate the ultra-rich billionaire who's actually a hippie bohemian chick. And after a kiss, neither can stay away... but as her PR nightmare continues, and his parents making their presence known, will they unite to resolve their problems... Or will their differences prove too much for their love?
Actually a lot of fun to read. My problem is they keep talking about the bad parents, but in the end, they merely needed a talk to go away. Somehow, THAT lead to a darkest hour... Which is kinda lame. 4.5/5

GRR Reviews Protect Her Curves by Amber Branley
Tina works in a video rental store and her boss (store manager) keeps hitting on her like a creep. Tina knew she's not a beauty (more of a BBW), but she doesn't have to put up with creeps either. Meeting Jason, the big bad biker looking dude who's interested in her was shocking to her... How can someone as gorgeous as him be interested in mousy her? // Jason got lucky on a few investments and now only does things he likes to, not because he had to. Going to the mall and meeting Tina was a pleasant surprise, and her curvy body was exactly what he wanted in a woman. She may be a bit young, but she needs a protector like him... Esp against that creepy manager.
I know this is a short novella (not even 70 pages), but the manager was a caricature creep that really has no personality other than being a creep, and basically, all three are archetypes. Tina is basically the virgin looking for her white knight, and Jason is the gruff looking white knight who can give her her first and best orgasm. And video rental store? Now that's a flashback to what? 80's? 90's? *sigh*. 3/5

GRR Reviews Lainie (Palmer Sisters) by Kayt Miller
Lainie has been divorced from a gay but possessive guy pretending to be straight. Their marriage lasted... Ten years. And in the end, he divorced her, not the other way around. Lainie wanted to jump-start her writing career by interviewing some MC members. Unfortunately, where she staked out was actually a custom motorcycle shop... Ran by Keeton, who's got tattooed sleeves, wears leathers, and rides (and builds) badass bikes. Lainie was inspired, but Keeton was smitten at first sight. Keeton must keep Lainie around. First he hired her to be his office manager (the original is on maternity leave, really) then he loaned her his personal (and backup) BMW when her car won't start. THEN he learned how much of a possessive douchebag her ex really is... and he planned to woo her completely, and show her exactly what she deserves... To be treated like a queen.
Awwww, the whole series is about "love at first sight", and the chemistry is certainly there. I just don't quite feel the escalation though. 4/5

GRR Reviews Blind Date with a Billionaire Biker by Evangeline Kelly
Tirzah had lived a sheltered life in an ultra-religious community. Her parents wanted to marry her off quickly to a suitable match from a neighbor, but she has her own ideas about love and marriage. When her not-quite-fiancee took her to town, right into a dangerous situation, and left her there cowering while he ran for safety, Tirzah was rescued by a biker on a Harley. Later, when circumstances forced Tirzah to relocate to California to live with her birth grandpa while her father tries to pay off a loanshark, Tirzah met the biker who saved her... Dex... // Dex is the illegitimate son of an industrial tycoon, and after trying to connect and getting rebuffed during his youth, Dex wanted nothing to do with his billionaire father. Dex has survived the military and is now a part of a motorcycle club Bikers for Christ. Rescuing a girl was a part of his nature. Meeting her again, and to find she's the club president's granddaughter means definitely "hands off", even if he's assigned to guard her and protect her. But Tirzah already knew that Dex is the man for him... even if she had to upend her entire life and break off from all she knew... But when her mother's illness drew her back, will that be the end of her dreams?
VERY religious, since you're talking about an ultra-religious community AND Bikers for Christ MC. Yet they don't see eye to eye, of course. Bikers? Dangerous BAD people. Etc. This thing is so f***ing clean, Tirzah and Dex didn't even have a proper kiss until they got married. That's how CLEAN and SPIRITUAL this book is. But in spite of all that, the book does give you an emotional roller coaster.
