Penny and James are engaged and moved to a new city to start over. It is almost Christmas, but due to moving, the place wasn't decorated. And Penny was surprised to find that James is a total grouch when it comes to Christmas. And James... he celebrates "anti-Christmas" with his friends. Clearly, he lost his Christmas spirit a long time ago... and Penny will bring it back... kicking and screaming if she had to...
A novella that's mean to be humorous, with a liberal dash of Holiday spirit, it's also a 'Holiday special' for the author's universe. Not strictly a romance. Charming, but not much else. 3.5/5
