GRR Review Confiscating Charlie by Lucy Leroux

For a "first sex" novelette, Confiscating Charlie by Lucy Leroux was surprisingly sweet romance.

Noah is a retired race car driver (and billionaire) that wanted Charlie, who's technically his aunt (in reality, his father's new young wife's baby sister). Both are making their own way in the world against the disapproval of family; he against the wishes of his father, and she against neglect of her sister who just wants to marry rich and spend someone else's money. Missing her own sister's graduation and birthday? Yep, that sort of heartless BLEEP.

Unfortunately, the book quickly fell into the "innocent girl likes hot rough sex being manhandled" trope which is why this did not get 5/5

Category: Contemporary

Primary Plot: Man seduces younger woman starved for love, against some family taboos

Overall Rating: 4/5
