GRR Reviews The Billionaire's Beagle by Kristy Tate

Wes is a hotel heir but he's working his way through all positions of the hotel (including dishwashing and valet parking). AND he had to take care of his grandpa's beagle Betty while grandpa goes to a recovery facility. Lettie is a girl who despises liars, because her father embezzled money to feed his gambling addiction and ended up going to prison, and she had to care for her mom because she's never made a decision for herself in her life. Wes and Lettie met at the hotel when the beagle ruined a wedding by chomping down on the chocolate wedding cake... then threw up on Lettie's shoes. They share an instant connection... Wes did not disclose his heir status... but Lettie didn't reveal her father's crimes either. When someone kidnapped Betty the Beagle, can the two unite while trying to finesse their way between "lying" and "omission"?

It's a rom-com, and it's about the hypocrisy... Can you really blame the other side for lying by omission when you're doing the exact same thing? It's a fun read, if a bit trope.
