GRR Reviews Her Boss by Anne-Marie Meyer

Beth is back in Honey Grove after losing her job and dumped by her boyfriend. She is also forced to keep her mother's cancer a secret. Desperate to find a job, the only job available seems to be a nanny position for Joshua, her old neighbor, who just moved back to town with his son. // Josh moved back to down with his son after a bitter divorce. Unfortunately, it seems his mom is busy matchmaking and wanted to match him up with his old neighborhood girl Beth, and hired her as a nanny... Josh likes Beth... but Josh sensed Beth is holding something back...

The secrets thing didn't work that well, IMHO. it's not really possible to keep secrets in a small town, and it is all out of pride. And how does that secret interferes with the daughter's love life? The two plots only sort of intersects.
