GRR Reviews Saved by the Billionaire by Erin Swann

Natalie finally got divorced from her no-good husband who swindled millions from victims and is spending time in prison. But FBI continues to hound her, and nobody in town believed she had nothing to do with it. When FBI seized her car and her house, leaving her with not even enough $$$ for a latte, she had no choice but to move into her sister's flat... and find a job... // Ryan is a brilliant bio-chemist on the verge of multiple breakthrus, but someone is stealing data from them... His boss just assigned him a patent assistant to speed up the patent filing process... And that happens to be Natalie. Ryan has no social graces, but a good heart. He's also keeping some secrets.  And he wants to help Natalie with her problems... when the Cartel came after her because her ex-husband also laundered money for the cartel, and some of that money's missing, can Ryan keep her safe?

The novel just feels too long, and some of the twists are rather... tepid. The chemistry between them also felt a bit tepid and one-sided. And yes, I guessed who was crooked all along. It's a bit too obvious.
