Dutch had set up the perfect heist... Get a job with the owner's company, work there for months, ingratiate himself with the owner to be invited into his mansion, and steal the Whistler Diamonds (set of matching necklaces and earrings) worth hundreds of millions of dollars while replacing it with fakes, then resign and cash out. He got into the mansion, past security... Only to find someone there ahead of him... a beautiful girl in the secure room... and the display case already empty. It's clear she had them, and he's going to get the diamonds... by stealing her as well...
Good twist, even though the idea of such an insta-lust between Dutch and Valentine can happen in just a few hours takes a bit of suspension of disbelief.
