Griffin "Griff" and Juliette "Jules" have been friends since elementary school, when he protected her from a bully. Twelve years later, Jules had to call off her own wedding. Jules started to panic as she just got away from one betrayer, but Griff had been protecting her. Accidental spouse mixed with friends to lovers is a pretty good mix, but this book is really about personal demons and how to exorcise them so the person can love. 4/5
