GRR Reviews Clickbait by Lisa Suzanne

Courtney built her blog about lists, relationships, and her love life into a real business. She has sponsors, and she dishes on all her ex's... Good and bad. And women appreciate her honesty and candor. She met Carter King and the initial impression was that he's a charming douchebag, and she turned him down flat, but he's annoyingly persistent. When her ex Liam came back to town but basically told her she's not good enough for him because his daddy is running for political office and she would be an embarrassment to the family, she dished that on her blog. She accepted Carter's date proposal, after finding out how much he *could* do for her due to his family business. But he had a hidden agenda of his own... It was clear they had chemistry together... And they are VERY good in bed. But when Carter disappeared for a night, and news reported him with his ex at a gala event, Courtney felt betrayed... and reported that on her blog... but when Carter's ex commented "it's not what you think", what was she supposed to think?

Plot was nothing new, but the rendering with modern tech (blog and following) was good. I'm just surprised that Courtney sees Carter's action IMMEDIATELY as betrayal, and Carter never explaining anything (typical alpha-douche behavior in romances) only adds to the melodrama. 4/5
