"Hooked on the Game" by C M Owens has an interesting meet-cute, but the rest of the book can't quite carry through.
Raya Capperton grew up with a conman of a father in jail. She is barely affording college by finding the cheapest house off-campus. That plan went kaput when her rich neighbor Kade Colton's party got out of hand and her house got destroyed. A unique solution was offered: Raya can live on the Colton property for free while the house gets rebuilt. They quickly learned how wrong their initial impression of each other are, and when conspire to destroy the Colton family, Raya must call upon her conman father for help.
The problem mainly is while the meet-cute is novel, and the forced cohabitation seems to work, the "opposites attract" is a bit too obvious. But the ending was a caper, not really a romantic push-pull, with a rather ho-hum middle. I also find the idea that a rich house would have a decrepit house next door which also happens to have an earthmover nearby to be rather ridiculous.
