GRR Review: Must Love Mistletoe by Christie Ridgway

Must Love Mistletoe by Christie Ridgway has a good setup and sufficient amount of angst and polish to be a good holiday romance.

Bailey Sullivan can't stand Christmas despite it being a family business in the little town, but her mom's problem with her stepdad means Bailey would have to run the store, despite her total bah-humbug attitude. She hopes she can just survive until December 25th... that was, until she found that her long-lost high school boyfriend (and local legendary bad boy) Finn Jacobson, is actually back in town to take care of his sick mom. Except he's now all grown-up, and wearing an eye-patch, and sexy is heck. And soon, old flames are reignited as they each discovered what had happened in the intervening years, and how much they missed each other.

Both characters learned about themselves and each other by the end of the book, and both were transformed. Add to it the Christmas spirit, and you have a holiday romance that's a wee bit, long, but quite cozy.
