GRR Review: Texas Wishes: The Complete Series by Kristina Knight

Texas Wishes Trilogy is a collection of three novels chronicles the romances of three Witte family girls: Kathleen, Vanessa, and Monica.

The responsible Kathleen Witte somehow drunkenly married her high school crush now fashion photographer Jackson Taylor. Kathleen woke up on a beach, naked, with Jackson, both wearing a wedding band and have NO memory of how they got there.

The socialite Vanessa Witte fell for the ranch foreman Mat (who's not using his full name). Vanessa found out she's pregnant from that one-night drunken stand with the very handsome Mat. But she can't "settle" for merely a ranch foreman... can she?

The rodeo girl Monica Witte fell for the town veterinarian Trickett Samuels, but she's the wandering sort who needs to roam... or can she settle down with a good man?

The characters are varied but there's always the common theme: home is where the heart is, with a sort of underlying theme... don't drink too much and do something really stupid (unless you're lucky enough to sleep with the guy you will marry). It's three stories of three couples learning about each other and come to a compromise on how they will handle being and going home.

Heartwarming, usually, with a bit of family drama, and often, a lot of self-denial (i.e. "I can't possibly be in love with him/her, I don't do relationships") that were eventually overcome. And sex scenes are quite good if slightly on the repetitive side.
