GRR Reviews Bride in Trouble by Serenity Woods
Phoebe woke up in a hospital after suffering a head injury. She found that she had lost the last EIGHT YEARS of her life. Among the things she forgot: the death of her father, becoming a vegetarian and a fitness freak, and opening "Bay of Islands Brides Shop" with her mother and sisters. Moreover, she did not remember her gorgeous fiancee Rafe, or that they were to marry in merely ten days. Her family wanted her to postpone the wedding, but Rafe is determined to win her all over again... However, can he make her remember enough in only ten days? What secrets were her family hiding from her?
Ah, the retrograde amnesia trope, but it's done well, as the family chose to hide something from the period she forgot. However, the more they hide, the worse she wanted to find out what it was... Moreover, the developments followed properly to a grand revelation.
Category: Contemporary
Primary Plot: Amnesia trope, but very well polished about finding love again
Overall Rating: 5/5
NOTE: Tropes are now in the "Labels" below.
