Kyle was about to pop the question to his high school love when he found she left the previous day... without even a goodbye. Broken hearted, Kyle put his heart into construction business instead, but it's not doing well, years later. When Veronica (Ronnie) returned. Ronnie returned to Sander's Valley to fulfill a wish after the violent death of her mother. Her fortune was supposedly cursed, not that she believes that nonsense. She had to leave Kyle behind back then because she's obligated to her family. Kyle wanted another chance with Ronnie, but Ronnie isn't staying for long. How can he convince her this is the best course, and may even break the curse?

The curse left me a bit confused. It doesn't quite fit into the plot.
