GRR Review: Crazy For Her by Sandra Owens

Crazy For Her by Sandra Owens is a much better-polished version of "Ex-SEAL Romance" genre that centers about this K2 Team which makes it a part of "Security/Bodyguard Romance" genre. It is a bit of

Logan Kincaid was a SEAL commander and best buds with his swim-buddy Evan Prescott, and Prescott married Dani, who's a writer with her own fortunes. When Prescott died, Logan promised to care for Dani, but he kept his distance because he was afraid he was simply not worthy... Until Dani summoned him... Someone is claiming to be the dead Evan Prescott and harassing Dani. What is going on, and can Logan keep her safe?

The twist was ingenious, but also a bit of a trope as it did result in a kidnapping, and the whole thing was resolved a bit too neatly, IMHO. Neither characters really changed much except admitted what they should have done long ago: love each other as they should. The military stuff is at least, competently written, though I honestly don't see how did this enemy get all those different resources to did all that they did. Still, it was an enjoyable read.

Category: Romantic Suspense

Primary Plot: Ex-SEAL tries to sort through the threat against widow of his dead friend; she said someone is claiming to be her dead husband and harassing her?!

Overall Rating: 4/5
