GRR Review The Billionaire's Christmas Virgin: Prelud by J. S. Scott

The Billionaire's Christmas Virgin sounded much more exciting than the actual novelette.

WARNING: THIS IS SPOILER-RIFIC

TOLD YOU!

Blake had to go out and look for another blueblood family's spoiled brat who apparently can't stand having her privileges and money taken away in Colorado, except she did it practically in the middle of a blizzard. When Blake found her, she was actually sorry and had given away her jewelry and other stuff to homeless people. They had to spend the night in the only hotel room left in the city due to the blizzard and she gave up her v-card to hot Blake, then some jealousy and misunderstanding persisted for the next TWELVE YEARS to setup for the novel where they rekindle their love much much later.

While it was nice to read that the girl wasn't a total brat, the way her jealousy kicks in after giving up her v-card and the guy's "I'll call her and explain later" and never did (i.e. she doesn't want to hear it, he got tired of trying) was just... so trite. For someone who figure out the world doesn't run they way they expect, jealousy just seem to... shallow, and doesn't seem to fit her "OMG world wasn't pleasant" epiphany.
