GRR Review Winter Interlude (California Series Book by Sandy Loyd

Winter Interlude is an interesting love rectangle.

Kate is dating James, who's Paul's brother. Kate and Paul are mortal enemies, always flinging verbal barbs at each other. Paul is dating Kate's best friend Judith. The problem is.... James doesn't want to settle down and was too honorable to keep Kate waiting. And Judith... just wants to be friends with Paul. When a snow storm stranded Paul with Kate in Tahoe, will enemies turn into friends with benefits... and perhaps, something more?

The pace was slow, as each couple had to be disappointed multiple times. And even after the pair finally admitted they are far more compatible with each other than with their current significant other, it was several chapters later, that they finally admitted to their true feelings for each other. However, the pairing was actually quite good once you got past the slow parts.
