Sebastian was afraid to fall in love with Shea, but he recognized a kindred soul that both have been grievously wounded by circumstances. The emotions are raw and searing, even as Sebastian and his bandmates are fighting for their stage lives, trying not to be recognized by fans, while avoiding being manipulated by their agent/manager who may have killed one of their younger brothers by giving him drugs when he was trying to get clean. My ONLY complaint is this book ended on a cliffhanger ending with the rest to be resolved in the 2nd book Drowning to Breathe (Bleeding Stars Book 2)
